Trump said the United States would obtain “a total of 55% of tariffs” with China rates established by 10%.

Chinese state media reported early on Wednesday that countries had agreed to a commercial “framework” during the conversations in London. China did not immediately launch additional details.

The two days of conversations in London followed the first round of conversations in Geneva and a phone call between Trump and XI, all of which followed Trump implementation of higher rates in Chinese imports.
