The Parliament of Ukraine has ratified the agreement between Ukraine and the United States on the “establishment of the American-Ukrina Reconstruction Investment Fund,” the Ukrainian Parliament in a telegram post on Monday said Monday.
“It is not just about financial support, but also to build a new confidence on the part of a strategic partner: the United States of America. This is another practical step towards the restoration, development and economic stability of Ukraine,” said the post.
The long -awaited agreement grants the rights of the United States to Ukrainian rare land minerals.

The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, also said that he heard the statements of President Donald Trump who support a “high and unconditional fire” and said “all of us in Ukraine we would appreciate it” if Trump attended a possible meeting between Ukraine and Russia that can take place on Thursday in Turkey.
“I supported President Trump with the idea of direct conversations with Putin. I have openly expressed my preparation to gather. I will be in Türkiye. I hope the Russians do not evade the meeting,” Zelenskyy said in a publication about X.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia is “in a serious search for a long -term peaceful agreement” in Monday’s comments.
Trump said early on Monday that he could fly to Istanbul on Thursday during his trip to the Middle East this week.
