The prison office moves Ghislaine Maxwell to a prison field in Texas

The prison office moved to the former associate of Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, from a federal prison in Florida to a federal prison field in Texas, authorities confirmed on Friday.

“We can confirm that Ghislaine Maxwell is in the custody of the Federal Prison Office at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Bryan in Bryan, Texas,” said a BOP official.

The reason for the movement was not clarified. The FCI Tallahassee in Florida, where Maxwell had been held, is a “low security” prison for men and women, while FPC Bryan is a “minimum security” camp only for women.

The measure follows Maxwell’s two -day meeting with the attached attorney general Todd Blanche in Tallahassee, where his lawyer said that the two discussed “approximately 100 names” associated with Epstein, after the Trump administration promised to publish additional information about the deceased sexual offender.
