The defense lawyers of the alleged murderer of CEO Luigi Mangione said Thursday in a new judicial presentation that the accusation of murder that a great state jury returned against him should be dismissed due to double danger and other alleged violations.
The accusation must be dismissed “because the state and federal prosecutions violate the double -risk clause, the due process of the fourteenth amendment and the constitutional rights of Mr. Mangione against self -inculting, to defend significantly, to a fair and impartial jury and the effective assistance of the lawyer,” the lawyers wrote defense lawyers.
Defensor lawyer Karen Friedman Agnifilo said in the presentation that “a single supervision of prosecution” resulted in state and federal charges in New York and separate positions in Pennsylvania.

Agnifilo wrote: “377 people were killed in New York City in 2024; only one, however, on December 4, 2024, the United CEO shooting from United CEO Brian Thompson, has led a legal tugboat of the war between state and federal prosecutors while fighting who controls the Fate of the Luigi’s mangressing of 26 years.”
The lawyers of Mangione, who declared himself innocent of the murder in December of Thompson, also argued that the improvement of terrorism added by the Office of the Manhattan district prosecutor must be discarded because “the evidence could not establish the required element that Mr. Mangione intended to intimidate or hit a civilian population” or influence government policies.
